Autonomous APRN Disclosure
Florida written disclosure of the Provider’s qualifications and what autonomous APRN practice means for your care.

This disclosure is intended to be provided to a new patient before or during the initial encounter when the APRN is engaging in autonomous practice.
Provider identity and qualifications
Kimberlee Del Campo is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Florida license APRN11009536, and is registered by the Florida Board of Nursing for autonomous practice. RCC verifies the Florida license and autonomous-practice registration at approval and periodically thereafter to confirm they remain active and unencumbered.
Nature of autonomous practice
Florida law permits an APRN who has obtained autonomous-practice registration to practice without a physician supervisory protocol within the authorized primary-care scope and the APRN’s education, certification, training, competence, and professional judgment. An autonomous APRN is not a physician.
What this means for care
The APRN independently performs clinically appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, ordering and review of testing, treatment, prescribing, monitoring, education, referral, and follow-up within lawful scope. Autonomy does not eliminate professional standards, prescribing limits, consultation, referral, or transfer when a patient’s needs exceed the APRN’s scope or the clinic’s capabilities.

You may ask about qualifications, request clarification of the APRN’s role, seek a second opinion, or obtain care from another qualified provider. RCC does not guarantee that a physician will be available onsite or after hours.
