Terms
Terms of Service
The terms that govern access to RCC’s website and electronic service tools.
Effective date: August 4, 2026 · Reviewed at least annually · Status: Approved.
Acceptance and permitted use
These Terms govern access to RCC’s public website and electronic service tools. By using them, you agree to these Terms. Clinical care is governed by separate consents and the Provider’s professional judgment. Website information is general education, not diagnosis, individualized medical advice, or a guarantee of eligibility, results, medication, or a prescription.
No emergency use or automatic relationship
Do not use the website, ordinary email, forms, or portal messages for an emergency. Using the website, sending an inquiry, paying a fee, or submitting an intake form does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship. A relationship begins only when an RCC clinician accepts the patient and provides a clinical service.
Eligibility and accounts
Current clinical services are limited to patients physically located in a jurisdiction where the Provider is properly licensed or otherwise authorized and RCC has approved operations. Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, promptly report suspected unauthorized use, and use RCC systems only for lawful personal health-service purposes.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping or copying systems, impersonating another person, interfering with operation, or using content unlawfully.
- Uploading unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or security-sensitive material.
- Recording or redistributing a clinical encounter without all required consent.
Intellectual property and third parties
RCC owns or licenses its site content, names, and materials. Limited personal, noncommercial viewing is permitted. Third-party services and links, including portals, forms, payment, laboratory, and pharmacy systems, may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Availability and disclaimers
RCC may suspend or change electronic services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, electronic services are provided without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits duties that cannot lawfully be waived, professional standards of care, or patient rights under applicable law.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCC is not responsible for losses caused solely by user misuse, third-party systems outside RCC’s control, or events beyond reasonable control. Florida law governs these Terms, without limiting any nonwaivable patient right. Venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
Payments and refunds
Fees are described at the time of service and on our pricing page. Recurring plans are governed by the Subscription Billing Agreement, and cancellations and refunds by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Changes
RCC may update these Terms prospectively by posting the revised version and effective date.
