FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything patients ask most, in one place.

Where is Rejuvenation Care Clinic available?

We serve patients throughout Florida by telehealth, with a physical clinic in Orange City, FL. Care is currently offered to Florida residents only.

How does telehealth treatment work?

You complete a new-patient intake and baseline labs, then meet with a licensed clinician by secure telehealth. If treatment is appropriate, your plan and any medications are arranged and shipped to you, with ongoing oversight.

Is this legitimate medical care?

Yes. Rejuvenation Care Clinic is a clinician-led practice. Treatment and any prescriptions are based on an appropriate medical evaluation by a licensed clinician. We are not an online medication store.

Do you take insurance?

Our services are offered at flat, transparent cash prices. Contact us if you have questions about what's included.

How do I get started?

Start your new-patient intake online, complete your baseline labs, and we'll schedule your evaluation. You can begin any time from the button below.

Is testosterone therapy safe?

Testosterone replacement is an established, FDA-recognized medical treatment with a substantial body of research behind it. As with any therapy there can be side effects, which is exactly why treatment is supervised by a licensed clinician and monitored with regular labs.

How is testosterone prescribed?

Depending on your evaluation, testosterone can be delivered by injection, orally, or topically (gels and creams). Your clinician will recommend the approach that fits your labs, goals, and lifestyle.

Do I need labs first?

Yes. Bloodwork gives us an objective picture of your hormone levels and overall health so treatment is based on real data. Our baseline panel is a flat $150.

What is bioidentical hormone therapy?

Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the hormones your body produces naturally. In BHRT they're prescribed and dosed to your individual labs and symptoms under clinical supervision.

Is hormone therapy right for me?

That's a decision you and your clinician make together after reviewing your history, symptoms, and bloodwork. There is no one-size-fits-all answer, and no outcome is guaranteed.

How do GLP-1 medications work?

GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide help regulate appetite and blood sugar. They're prescribed only when clinically appropriate and are paired with clinical oversight and lab monitoring.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors. Our role is to provide safe, supervised medical care and honest expectations, not to promise outcomes.

Is the evaluation confidential?

Yes. Your evaluation and care are private and handled with discretion by a licensed clinician through secure telehealth.

Could ED be a sign of something else?

Sometimes. ED can be linked to hormone levels, cardiovascular health, and other factors, which is why a proper evaluation matters rather than just treating the symptom.

What treatments are available?

Options depend on the cause of your hair loss and your evaluation. Your clinician will review evidence-based treatments that may help and explain what to realistically expect.

Will it work for me?

No treatment works for everyone and no result is guaranteed. A proper evaluation helps set honest expectations before you start.

Why do I need labs first?

Labs give an objective baseline of your hormones and health so treatment is based on data, and they let us monitor safety and progress over time.

How often will I need labs?

It depends on your plan. Ongoing therapy plans include routine labs so your clinician can keep dosing safe and dialed in.
